IIM SKILLS ACCA Pass Guarantee & Refund Policy

1. The 100% Pass Guarantee Overview

IIM SKILLS provides a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on the tuition fee for any specific ACCA paper if a student fails to clear the exam. This guarantee is designed to ensure students follow our proven pedagogy and only attempt exams when they are truly prepared.

2. Pro-Rata Refund Structure

• Paper-Specific Refund: For students enrolled in the "Overall ACCA Coaching" (13-paper bundle), the refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• Calculation: If a student fails a specific paper, they are eligible for a refund of the coaching fee allocated only to that specific paper.
• Status of Other Papers: Failure in one module does not entitle the student to a refund for the entire 13-paper program, nor for papers already cleared or yet to be attempted.

3. The "Mentor Approval" Readiness Clause

To maintain high success rates and qualify for a refund, the student must obtain a "Certificate of Readiness" or formal written approval from their assigned IIM SKILLS Mentor before appearing for the ACCA exam. Eligibility is based on:

• Mock Exam Performance: Achieving a minimum score of 60% in the final IIM SKILLS Mock Examination for that specific paper.
• Attendance Record: Maintaining at least 90% attendance in live sessions and doubt-clearing workshops for the module.
• Mandatory Submissions: 100% completion of all homework, assignments, and case studies related to the paper.
• Unapproved Attempts: If a student chooses to appear for an ACCA exam without the mentor's approval, the Pass Guarantee and refund eligibility for that paper are automatically forfeited.

4. Loan & Third-Party Financing (Refund Deductions)

In cases where a student has enrolled using financing options from our loan partners (including but not limited to Bajaj Finserv, Razorpay, GyanDhan, etc.), the following terms apply:

• Processing Fee Deduction: These partners charge a non-refundable processing and interest-handling fee. In the event of a refund claim, a deduction of up to 15% (depending on the loan tenure and partner terms) will be applied to the refund amount.
• Full & Final Settlement: The remaining amount (after the 15% deduction) shall be considered a 100% Full and Final Settlement of the refund claim for that specific paper.

5. General Exclusions

No refund shall be processed under the following conditions:

• Voluntary Withdrawal: The student drops the plan to pursue ACCA or specific papers.
• Non-Appearance: The student registers for the ACCA exam but does not appear for it.
• Time Lapse: The student fails to report the "Fail" result to IIM SKILLS within 15 days of the official ACCA result declaration.
• External Fees: This policy does not cover ACCA registration fees, annual subscriptions, or exam entry fees paid directly to the ACCA body.

6. Claim Process

1. Submit the Official ACCA Result Transcript showing the "Fail" status.
2. Provide the Mentor Approval Email/Certificate issued prior to the exam.
3. Once verified against attendance and mock scores, the refund (minus any applicable loan processing fees) will be credited to the original source of payment within 30 business days.
